In 2011, “Fort Lee Animal Hospital” began its journey as a family doctor for local pets in the metropolitan area, providing warm, compassionate veterinary care. Over the past 10 years, our community has affectionately nicknamed us “RED ROOF VET” to distinguish us from other local practices.

Dr. Jaclyn Kim
Dr. Jaclyn Kim is a seasoned veterinarian with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Kon-Kuk University, the top-ranked private veterinary school in Seoul, South Korea. She further honed her expertise with post-graduate training at Cornell University Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Ithaca, New York.
With a robust career spanning both South Korea and the U.S., Dr. Kim specialized in emergency critical care at Seoul’s largest veterinary hospital. After relocating to California, she gained extensive experience at the San Francisco ASPCA, a pioneer in the “No-Kill Movement,” where she focused on animal welfare, shelter medicine, and community education.
Boasting over 20 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Kim excels in surgery, dentistry, and emergency care. She remains at the forefront of animal science by actively participating in veterinary conferences nationwide.
Dr. Kim is committed to delivering exceptional care and adhering to the highest standards of the veterinarian’s oath. She is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association, and the Metropolitan New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association.
